I am still waiting on my shipping container. He was supposed to be here 2 - 4 weeks after February 29, 2024. They said that they were finally gonna deliver on May 1st. No one called, no one came. I called. I spoke to someone who said they were supposed to be there. He was gonna call me back when he got news. 1, 2, it’s now 5 of May. Still haven’t heard anything back about my container.
I haven’t yelled. I haven’t screamed. I haven’t cursed. $5,000 dollars to get my stuff and I have no stuff and they have my money.

We're terrible sorry to hear you are very unhappy. We never received any email from you until your bad review so it would've been great if you would've contacted us so we could look into this for you.
The container arrived mid March. In the timeline sheet we send you the estimated delivery date would be after 3-6 weeks after delivery with remote destination taking slightly longer. We received an update last Friday that your shipment arrived in Houston but we never knew you weren't contacted by the local representative.

Choose this company! We moved with them from the Netherlands to Virginia and than then back to the Netherlands three years later. The general service of wrapping and loading was premium, the communication was clear fast and friendly, and the delivery was earlier than promised (even the first time during corona). But most importantly they are extremely fair if there are any issues along the logistical connections between the countries! They are clearly customer before profit. It's a model of how business should be and we will return every time.

I am really impressed with this company. I have been moving all around the world for years, and this company is the best I have ever used. They are quick to answer, their customer service is great, and they are transparent and honest. I can't recommend them enough.
