Just useless. You can manage everything better alone. Only excuses, excuses and trying to use people just to get their job as uselessly done as possible... utterly useless and mean especially the accommodation ladies.

Very bad experience with snob behaviour of accommodation finding ladies. Especially the latin one, instead of never stopping talking, disrespecting the client and projecting own uselessness on trillion justification with no sense, would be better to actually try to do smth and find smth. Very very annoying ladies with flat agency!! They really need to work on theirselves and their annoying arrognace and 0 respect for client.
Other than that, the transportation of Sirva was quite ok, they handled very well all the things across Europe.

I have used SIRVA 3 times for international moves and never again! Their practice is to subcontract the cheapest local subcontractor, charge a fortune for it from you, offer you an insurance to buy with them but never pay out the damages, which occur plenty as their cheapest subcontractor does not care about damaging your items, not their problem since you are leaving their country anyhow and will realize in another country what is broken. We had damages for over 1000 Euro and got paid out 72 Euros out of insurance which was very expensive. DO not recommend SIRVA. I understand things might get broken but refusing to pay the damages is unprofessional.

Horrible management team in Belgium! They charge for an unbelievable expensive price but provide a poor service. They find all kinds of excuses that cannot make the deliver within the same day but proposed a deliver for a week after! With such a experience company, they made a silly mistake of price counting, they said it’s for tax, and ask the customer to pay for their mistake, and threaten to go to court for more money. The workers are friendly, but not careful enough that damage the furnitures and also the walls of the building. The expensive insurance doesn’t work at all.

Very bad value and service. If you care about your things do not hire them. Tom who said he was in industry a long time did not update us on exact dates when container arriving and told us we owe him money backdated for 3 days!!!! They don't tell the cost upfront they tell you after. One of their teams damaged our bunk bed and guess what team relocation said? We don't compensate you because there is excess n your policy. Again we were not informed about it. We have been told we will be compensated full amount we quoted foe the item. So I had to write an email to senior people in team relocation to get some amount back. Otherwise they would not have lifted a finger.
