    Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in overzeese verhuizingen waar we werken op kwaliteit te leveren aan competitieve prijzen in een soms zeer moeilijke omstandigheden; We passen ons aan aan de noden van onze klanten in de mate van het mogelijke (we moeten bepaalde richtlijnen opvolgen van overheden en internationale overeenkomsten).

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    Wij verzekeren via een professionele verzekeringsmaatschappij, die schade nauw opvolgt ook al kan de afhandeling enige tijd duren. Wij respecteren onze positie als neven verzekerings tussen persoon. Dit betekent dat we de laatste nationale en EU verordeningen volgen ivm verzekeringen voor bedrijven die dit als een complementair nevenproduct aanbieden, en we geven onze klanten raad hoe deze lijsten in te vullen, welke warden te gebruiken etc. .Er is een franchise van 250 euro per verhuizing .

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    Vraag gerust aan de partijen uitleg over wat ingesloten is in een offerte en wat niet. Ga niet verder enkel op de prijs, vergelijk ook wat wel en niet is ingesloten, en kijk wel even na met wie je verhuist, alvorens al je goederen aan een partij toe te vertrouwen.
