SUPERtevreden van de ploeg van Romulus!
Ze waren stipt, snel, énorm vriendelijk en alles is in prima staat op bestemming afgeleverd.
Op 6uur tijd klaarden ze een gi-gan-tische klus. John, Koen, Matthias en Abdel, een dikke merci voor alles!
In de toekomst zal ik zeker terug beroep op jullie doen.

This company has been an awful experiences to work with and I still do not have my items. They first came for an estimate of my items in May 2017 from the Belgium to the East Coast of the U.S. I did not get a quote until the day before my shipment was going to be picked up on July 4th. I did not hear from the company about my shipment, even though I sent emails asking for an update. Not until numerous emails had been sent did I find out they FORGOT to send my shipment. This was TWO months after they picked up my items. They do not seem concerned that I have been living out of one suitcase for the past two months waiting for my items to arrive. After a number of other emails they said my items would not arrive for another month. That means it took them THREE MONTHs to even get my items to the United States. They offered to reimburse me for items that I am now having to purchase because of the change in weather and just needing to continue to live my life. I am having to send them my receipts to justify my purchases. They have not offered any other compensation and do not seem concern with getting my items to me as fast as possible. It will still be another two or three weeks until they are even on a boat. Every step of this process has been difficult and I would warn anyone away from working with this company. It is now September 7th and my items won't even reach the United States until October 5th and they still have to go through customs. That is three and a half months!!!! I am still shocked and appalled that this company can even be in business.Read more
