Friendly and professional moving company!
Have contacted many companies around Gent, they are the most responsive one.

Very professional and pleasant people to work with!
I have experience with multiple moving companies but these people are by far at the top of my list. I have relied upon their services 2 times now and both of them went smooth and pleasantly well.
Experienced workers, professional, communicative, you name it. They now their stuff.

Great customer service, booking our move was as easy as sending an email and receiving a quote.
Movers arrived exactly at the determined time and were very friendly.
The move itself was quick and efficient, no time was wasted!
Overall an excellent experience, will definitely use them for any future move.

I used the services of Duos last week to move my whole furniture.
Pros:
- Very good communication (during all stages)
- Transparency of information/prices
- Service performed according to the expectations
- No damages
- Nice and helpful team
Cons:
- Though this was a 5 hours service, I didn't like to see a couple of movers smoking immediately outside my place as we try to prevent our kid's exposure to smoking as much as possible. No harm was done, as the kids didn't come outside, and it was already when everything was moved but we were still settling on payment and such
- Payment in cash only option for individual customers. Acceptable for smaller amounts but when it comes to 4 digits, it is not practical.
I would recommend the service and, if I ever need this service again, I will choose them mostly because they were effective, helpful and the communication was really easy.

We used the services of Duos for the move to our new house today. They were promptly on time, and very helpful. Everything was handled in a professional manner and care was taken to move all the furniture to make the move as efficient as possible and not to damage anything. They are also flexible and accomodating when circumstances provide some additional difficulties - e.g. people parking where they are not allowed and then not being able to use the lift.
I would definitely recommend their services. They are friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Professional and fair prices - better than some other offers we requested. Would hire again, definitely!
