    Very bad experience! Lots of damage, goods were not stored dry (rust/mold), sudden extra costs to release the goods from storage (they keep it hostage!), very slow and annoying process for minimal damage settlement, very rude service by the manager. They are under investigation for fraud now.

    They scratched the wall, stairs in a big way and broke the door frame when taking out my couch.
    To this day I have not heard from them in terms of it being repaired, even though I sent already two reminder emails.
