    We import and export to and from Belgium and the Netherlands. We do lots of intra European pallet moves origination form Belgium and the Netherlands.
    We collect, ship, fly and truck it anywhere you need your household goods to be.

    What makes your company stand out?

    Excess Baggage Shipping has a very lean structure with a single point of contact who does all communication and logistical operations. With 20+ years of experience in the moving business we can offer any assistance that you need. We also offer very competitive pricing.

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    We offer a total loss insurance as 99% of our customers do self-packing of their shipment. We never have lost a client's shipment.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    You need to buy good quality boxes. Make sure that these are with double corrugated board (a double wave of cardboard). We offer high quality boxes with dimensions 60cm x 40 cm x 30 cm, these are pallet size friendly and with that you maximise the available space on a standard europallet.

    De verhuizing was snel en goed geregeld. Koen was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Helaas werden de dozen alleen op 2 pallets op straat afgeleverd. Ik moest ze zelf naar het appartement brengen en daarna de pallets laten afvoeren (door de gemeente).

    Transport en communicatie van Nederland naar België was prima en goed geregeld. Snel en duidelijk. Het transport in Spanje zelf was niet heel goed. Voorafgaand werd er gezegd van deur tot deur, dit moet je per situatie bekijken in plaats van dat vooraf aan te geven als dat uiteindelijk niet zo is. Ook de communicatie vanuit Spanje was niet heel goed.

    Goede prijs en ook afhaling was goed maar er was gezegd dat er 8 weken nodig waren voor levering en nu blijkt het 5 maanden te zijn voor mijn goederen hier in een haven aankomen waar ik dus niet happy mee ben.

    De boot doet er 8 weken over van Rotterdam naar Bangkok. Deze zending is door u geboekt als een groepagezending in een groepagecontainer specifiek met verhuisgoederen. De prijs is enorm interessant, zoals u ook aangeeft. Maar dan bent u wel afhankelijk van hoeveel cargo de consolidator heeft.

    Ik kreeg de afleverbevestiging terug in verband met de levering van de zending op 17/03/2025. U bevestigt dat alles goed is verlopen en dat u onze diensten opnieuw zou gebruiken. Het is duidelijk dat dit dus geen 5 maanden onderweg is geweest.

    Not only did he arrive on time to pick everything up and help us with everything, the goods were delivered extremely quickly and without any damage.
