    We import and export to and from Belgium and the Netherlands. We do lots of intra European pallet moves origination form Belgium and the Netherlands.
    We collect, ship, fly and truck it anywhere you need your household goods to be.

    What makes your company stand out?

    Excess Baggage Shipping has a very lean structure with a single point of contact who does all communication and logistical operations. With 20+ years of experience in the moving business we can offer any assistance that you need. We also offer very competitive pricing.

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    We offer a total loss insurance as 99% of our customers do self-packing of their shipment. We never have lost a client's shipment.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    You need to buy good quality boxes. Make sure that these are with double corrugated board (a double wave of cardboard). We offer high quality boxes with dimensions 60cm x 40 cm x 30 cm, these are pallet size friendly and with that you maximise the available space on a standard europallet.

    The agreed price upon pick up was higher than the initial offer. Also, for the delivery from the storage space in Naples to my address I was requested another extra of almost 600 eur.. which over all doubles the initial offer.

    Also, initially, we agreed for the delivery to be done before March 02 at my new address. At this point, my belongings did not yet arrived in Naples.

    The initial price did not take into account that your shipment almost doubled in volume. The address in Naples was also not accessible by truck. That are two things which increase the price. You suggested to pick up at the warehouse in Naples and for the price that was agreed initially, taken into account the higher volume. The date of March the second was not agreed but an estimation on a moment where I still had to receive your payment. Your payment was received on 26/02, the booking shipment was picked up by the transporter on 27/02. The delivery is planned at the warehouse on 06/03. That is 6 working days. In the weekend trucks are not allowed to drive in France or Germany. The pallets will arrive therefore before you leave Naples again on 10/03. We especially prioritised your shipment to arrive well in advance of that date. So...this bad review seems highly unfair given extra the time and effort spent on your shipment.

    De verhuizing was snel en goed geregeld. Koen was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Helaas werden de dozen alleen op 2 pallets op straat afgeleverd. Ik moest ze zelf naar het appartement brengen en daarna de pallets laten afvoeren (door de gemeente).

    Ja Maarten...dat stond ook in de offerte hé.... . We hebben er ook voor gezorgd dat we de nodige informatie inwonnen en de nodige douanedocumenten voorzagen om achteraf uw motor in te klaren...daar hebben we niets extra voor gerekend... . Ik ben toch blij met 4*
