A NIGHTMARE
Well well !!!!! The most shocking experience of my life . [Name removed by Sirelo] plays a neverseen one man show . She never replies on questions and makes decisions without consulting you . She paid upfront my container shipment outbound to California but i never asked for this and never got a price beforehand . Her staff have no say, they are her slaves . She yells at clients and just ignores ur questions and hangs up the phone and then decides to kick you out as a client when she herself admits she made made “another mistake” . Then refuses to give my paperwork while thankgod last minute (container arriving in LA in 3 days) requests immediate payment which because i am Belgian had a KBC bank account and paid within 3 minutes and got finally a copy of my BL but no packing list or whatever and then she had the arrogancy to say and now i block you and go fuck yourself …. Incredible uneducated brutal monster she is !!!!!! Im trying to find some owner or manager of this place which i will .
Within 10min of having my BL my amazing Californian broker replied w the “to do” list and thank god i got within 10min after contacting direct the shipper in Antwerp the needed packing list and ISF form .
This company should be closed down and im looking also for some authority to get them checked .

Vreselijk monsterachtig mens is [Naam verwijderd door Sirelo]…. Heeft me doen wenen van de stress omdat ik geen enkel papier of bewijs ontving na meerdere vragen van mijn geleverde meubelen …. Onvoorstelbare nachtmerrie .
[Naam verwijderd door Sirelo] zou beter werken op de vroegmarkt van groenten en fruit waar ze mensen kan afblaffen zonder problemen …. Die zit niet op haar plaats .
Ze kan ook geen nederlands dus heel moeilijk om te volgen wat ze brult . Ik heb mn verontschuldigingen gestuurd omdat ik in paniek was en bang dat alles verdwenen was en zelfs sorry gezegd uit paniek ondat ik mijn eigen broker voorstelde en die ging helemaal door het lint . Ik bleef maar bedelen voor mijn papieren totdat ik ze eindelijk kreeg en dus nu de waarheid kan delen …. Dit mens spoort niet …Read more

Onze verhuis heeft 10uur geduurd, was helemaal niet professioneel.
Kasten beschadigd en niet goed in elkaar gezet, staan niet recht. Vijzen er niet volledig ingedraaid, vijzen die ontbreken, schuiven die niet goed meer open en toe gaan.
Helemaal niet tevreden !
