Bad experience,
' Expérience terrible, voire douloureuse'
i do not recommend, unless you are in some ' high level position'.
Il y a quelques jours, je cherchais une entreprise de transport à titre privé et j'ai vu votre plateforme. Du coup, j'ai pensé que j'aurais dû laisser un avis public l'année derniere après le service catastrophique de télétrans. J'ai mis des mois à m'en remettre : payer si cher et se taper le déballage et l'installation...
En bref, description de la prestation Teletrans :
dates i suggested for delivery not taken into account
emails remained unanswered,
invoices not in line with estimates,
HUGE STRONG pressure to get the payment before the delivery date imposed by Teletrans.
Mistake in the address and in phone number given to the truck driver.
Delivery after 6 pm and 7 pm for the 2nd truck, why 2 trucks ?
No time for the removal team and me to properly unpack and set up stuff.
No follow up of the damage
A l'attention de SIRELO : j'ai eu plusieurs échanges avec Télétrans à ce sujet, qui a considéré le dossier cloturé et ignoré/refusé ma demande de dédomagement assurance car j'ai mis 3 mois à fournir photos et détails des dommages, après la livraison de mes affaires.
