Formule gekozen met demontage en hermontage van de meubels, waarbij 4 verhuizers, 6 uur en een lift inbegrepen zijn. Dat zijn 24 werkuren!! Ze zijn dan 2 uur boven tijd gegaan, wat dan een totaal geeft van 32 werkuren (bijna een volledige werkweek!). Men zou dan verwachten dat alles verhuist is ... Nope, ze hebben geen enkele verhuisdoos meegenomen. Is alles gehermonteerd dan? Nope, daar was een extra uur voor nodig. De verklaring is duidelijk voor mij, een firma die erop rekent traag te werken om zo extra uren te kunnen aansmeren. De helft van de tijd waren er maar 2 personen actief iets aan het doen.
Daarbovenop liggen de twee adressen op 15 min van elkaar.
Sorry, maar als je +€1000 betaald voor een verhuis, is mijn verwachting dat jullie de verhuis voltooien en niet maar half afwerken.
Een firma die ten alle tijden te vermijden is.

The move was rather smooth amd the movers were kind.
I made it clear that my request involved 3 passages and not 2 and this was not an issue with the chief organiser. However on the day of the move the deputy chief organiser doubted this arrangement by saying that it was not flagged in my request, which was not true. So everything went well at the end but I warmly recommend to have all details clearly written via email beforehand.

Excellent moving service! I used it twice, the first time to move to my new place and the second time (last week) to easily transfer new furnitures into my new place. Always on time and very professional!

Professioneel team, stipt, goed georganiseerd, behulpzaam en met veel zorg voor het materiaal. De verhuis van Leuven naar Brussel is heel vlot verlopen!
