I made it clear that my request involved 3 passages and not 2 and this was not an issue with the chief organiser. However on the day of the move the deputy chief organiser doubted this arrangement by saying that it was not flagged in my request, which was not true. So everything went well at the end but I warmly recommend to have all details clearly written via email beforehand.
