Pas d'offre de prix .
Le jour même, annoncent qu'ils ne pourront pas effectuer le travail dont le coût proposé est de 500 € . Le jour même je trouve une personne qui peut faire le travail le lendemain pour 300 € en joignant un homme en plus. FUYEZ !!!

No show, without any information. I got the news that they are not coming from other company that by accident called me. Unprofessional means of contacting with the client.

Super déménageurs. Gros problème pour mettre le lift à cause d'un échafaudage, ils cherché une solution et ont proposé de repasser un dimanche, déménagement rapide et sans problème. Au top.

Once in place, the employee provided good service, by including using blankets to protect sensitive items and by helping out with carrying items.
However, to write being available 7 days a week on Google Maps and on your very website is a bit misleading. First we received a message that the Sunday we proposed was absolutely fine and after some more e-mails we were notified that they wouldn't do any work on Sundays, which was a disappointing update. If 7/7 is on your website I don't care that you sit behind your PC and reply to your messages; what I care about is if you are willing to provide the services that you promise at first. Therefore 5/5 for the service and 1/5 for communication and availability average to 3/5.
