    Wat is je verzekeringspolis? Bij Kempen Transport zijn alle verhuizingen standaard verzekerd volgens de geldende transport- en CMR-voorwaarden. Daarnaast bieden wij verschillende extra verzekeringspakketten aan (van basisdekking tot uitgebreide/all-risk formules), zodat de klant de bescherming kan kiezen die past bij de waarde van de inboedel en de bestemming (binnenland of buitenland). Voor elke verhuis bespreken we vooraf de opties en sturen we de gekozen polis en voorwaarden duidelijk mee in

    Wat is het beste advies dat je klanten zou geven?

    Ons beste advies aan klanten: bereid je verhuis goed voor. Maak op tijd een duidelijke inventaris, label je dozen per kamer en geef ons vooraf alle praktische info (lift, etages, wandelafstanden, speciale stukken…). Hoe beter we samen plannen, hoe vlotter, veiliger en goedkoper je verhuis verloopt.

    everything just perfect - very careful transport, especially of fragile items, polite and helpful.

    Tres bon contact et reservation facile avec [Nom retiré par Sirelo], par contre nous avons été déçus de la prestation à l’arrivée en France. Nous avions payé un surcout de 365 euros de façon à avoir une 2eme personne pour le chargement/ dechargement. Cela a été le cas en Hollande mais pas en France. Au total nous avons dû à plus de 65 ans monter nous mêmes les cartons au 2 eme sans ascenceur afin d’aider les demenageurs qui ne pouvaient pas y arriver seuls (machine a laver et ….) . La société fait appel a des sous traitants qui n’etaient pas le nombre escompté…. Malgré leur gentillesse, le chauffeur très sympathique en était désolé lui même. Nous n’avons pas trouvé cela correct.

    Dear, my apologies for the inconvenience, but our driver still got everything upstairs. On the quote you received it said specifically that the price was only for loading. Our planner also notified you clearly multiple times over the phone and on the e-mail that you have to provide help yourself for unloading, because you did not pay for this extra service. Still we provided the service free of charge so writing this review is really not necessary.

    From beginning to end a great service and quick answers on the questions. Great driver [Name removed by Sirelo] and he was really helpfull with loading and unloading. Defenitely reccommendation for moving goods.

    Zeer tevreden over onze verhuis naar Frankrijk. Van eerste contact, communicatie, opvolging tot en met de levering is alles vlekkeloos verlopen. Zouden deze firma zeker willen aanraden aan mensen die erover denken een verhuis naar het buitenland te regelen. Tip top in orde!

    Desastrosa. Cuando les contratamos nos hablaron en todo momento de metros cúbicos, nunca peso. Les desglosé uno por uno cada uno de los muebles que queríamos transportar y nos presupuestaron un camión que una vez cargado, a los 10 minutos nos llamaron para decirnos que nos pasábamos 700 kilos del peso y que nos tenían que cobrar el doble. Todo esto después de llegar casi 3 horas más tarde de lo indicado en el contrato.
    Y al llegar a destino muchos de nuestros muebles llegaron golpeados y algunos rotos.

    *Delay in scheduling:*--
    Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule, we experienced a delay. This was communicated to you early in the morning via email and phone. However, we only received a response from you an hour before your scheduled move in the afternoon. While we understand this caused inconvenience, we did our best to inform you promptly.

    --*Compensation:*--
    To compensate for the delay, we deployed additional personnel to assist with loading your goods. Furthermore, we provided an additional hour of free loading time as compensation for the waiting.

    --*Unexpected circumstances:*--
    You informed us that all items would be on the ground floor, which aligned with our basic package. However, this was not the case, and our team had to carry ever ything down from the third floor. Despite this considerable extra effort, no additional charges were applied.

    --*Volume and weight:*--
    You stated that you had 15m³ of goods, but our 23m³ truck was completely filled and even overloaded by 800 kg. To resolve this issue, we agreed with you to load the excess weight into a second truck.

    We informed you multiple times in advance about the maximum weight and volume of our trucks. This is clearly stated in our quotation, including a dedicated page highlighting this information. It is therefore incorrect to claim that you were unaware of these limitations.

    --*Quick follow-up:**--
    The following day, we immediately arranged for a second truck to transfer the load, ensuring your goods were delivered to the destination on time.

    --*Packaging:*--
    We noticed that your furniture was not packed for a long journey. While we use blankets to protect your goods, this unfortunately does not guarantee against damage. We always recommend packing your furniture and other goods properly or having them professionally packed by us to minimize the risk of damage.

    --*In conclusion:*--
    We went to great lengths to assist you and address the challenges encountered. It is disappointing that these efforts are not reflected in your review.
