Wij hebben ons transport zelf voorbereid op pallets .
In & uitladen verliep perfect!
Ook de timing naar aankomst goederen werd prima gerespecteerd.
Geen schade / alles netjes verpakt/ ook extra dekens werden ter beschikking gesteld.
Ook de chauffeur was super gedienstig.

*Delay in scheduling:*--
Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule, we experienced a delay. This was communicated to you early in the morning via email and phone. However, we only received a response from you an hour before your scheduled move in the afternoon. While we understand this caused inconvenience, we did our best to inform you promptly.
--*Compensation:*--
To compensate for the delay, we deployed additional personnel to assist with loading your goods. Furthermore, we provided an additional hour of free loading time as compensation for the waiting.
--*Unexpected circumstances:*--
You informed us that all items would be on the ground floor, which aligned with our basic package. However, this was not the case, and our team had to carry ever ything down from the third floor. Despite this considerable extra effort, no additional charges were applied.
--*Volume and weight:*--
You stated that you had 15m³ of goods, but our 23m³ truck was completely filled and even overloaded by 800 kg. To resolve this issue, we agreed with you to load the excess weight into a second truck.

We informed you multiple times in advance about the maximum weight and volume of our trucks. This is clearly stated in our quotation, including a dedicated page highlighting this information. It is therefore incorrect to claim that you were unaware of these limitations.

The following day, we immediately arranged for a second truck to transfer the load, ensuring your goods were delivered to the destination on time.
--*Packaging:*--
We noticed that your furniture was not packed for a long journey. While we use blankets to protect your goods, this unfortunately does not guarantee against damage. We always recommend packing your furniture and other goods properly or having them professionally packed by us to minimize the risk of damage.

We went to great lengths to assist you and address the challenges encountered. It is disappointing that these efforts are not reflected in your review.
