    We offer a total loss insurance as 99% of our customers do self-packing of their shipment. We never have lost a client's shipment.

    Wat is het beste advies dat je klanten zou geven?

    You need to buy good quality boxes. Make sure that these are with double corrugated board (a double wave of cardboard). We offer high quality boxes with dimensions 60cm x 40 cm x 30 cm, these are pallet size friendly and with that you maximise the available space on a standard europallet.

    Just outstanding. It was the first time that we were using a mover company, and [Name removed by Sirelo] was kind enough to personally explain the entire process to us.

    Not only did he arrive on time to pick everything up and help us with everything, the goods were delivered extremely quickly and without any damage.

    What’s more, we were contacted in Spain in English, and therefore were sure that everything would go well.

    The delivery was exactly on time, to the minute. Cannot express how happy we are!

    I do really want to recommend Excess Baggage Shipping service. I had a great experience with the international move from Belgium to Spain.
    I did the boxing, with the boxes provided by them. [Name removed by Sirelo]was always replying my emails fast and it was easy to arrange a pick up date. They kept the boxes in a warehouse for around a month, until I got an appartment.
    EVERYTHING arrived in time and in pristine conditions, I don't lie. The boxes and other elements (computer display!) arrived without a single scratch. I received the pallet fully wrapped on the vynil protection!
    This service quality at this price is hard to find.

    Great experience with the international move from The Netherlands to Spain. Very flexible in terms of picking up the goods and also to store them for some days and ship them when it was suitable for me. Most importantly they were packed safely and we have received all boxes without any damage. I can recommend this company to anyone moving.

    De heer van het bedrijf levert goede service. Hij doet en levert hetgeen hij zegt. De communicatie is ook prima. Als ik met iets zat over de levering en vragen had , dan reageerde hij er vlot op en deed hetgeen wat nodig was om mijn spullen op de eindbestemming afgeleverd te krijgen. Een hele positieve ervaring.
