Wij hebben een heel zware dubbele verhuis van België naar Frankrijk gedaan, heel veel materiaal (grote vrachtwagen remork), waarbij de toegang tot het huis in Frankrijk niet evident was. De mensen van Actimovers hebben al het mogelijke en het onmogelijke gedaan, en ons materiaal is veilig en volgens planning afgeleverd. Steeds met een lach en een kwinkslag, ook in de zwaarste momenten. Altijd met de zorg om aan onze noden te voldoen, zowel in de planning als bij het ophalen en het afleveren.

The price of their offer wasn't respected and risen up by 50% because 'the volume in the van is different'. This is almost a scam and it's a pity because the transport service is good, but the administration side is the hell.

Not bad but delivered one day later which confused the neighbours concerning the parking in the street, it was asked to keep vacant the day before. I paid for a furniture lift that wasn't used. You can argue they had to bring it but I wasn't the only customer on their journey. The ceiling of the bedroom was damaged, not very but still quite visible. When I stated this the answer was: you are going to do renovations so no problem. The mattresses should have been covered but weren't and they were covered in barbs where things got caught in them. Quite a few broken plates, they were carefully packed but maybe it's not unusual for a move like this.

Goede begeleiding, zijn bij ons thuisgekomen om te zien hoeveel m3 we moesten meenemen en zo de grootte van de vrachtwagen te regelen. Super team van 4 verhuizers, goed op elkaar ingespeeld. Alles keurig op de bestemming geplaatst.
