A couple of years ago Potiez-Deman moved my belongings into their storage and then, in October last year, to my new address in Germany. My contact person has always been Potiez-Deman sales manager [Name removed by Sirelo].
After unloading my stuff it turned out that some of the furniture had been damaged, particularly a big wardrobe and a leather armchair. Also, some of the boxes were rather humid and even broke when lifted.
Right in the middle of our email exchange about the damages Mr [Name removed by Sirelo] suddenly stopped answering. I neither received an answer when addressing Potiez-Deman‘s general email address and the commercial manager. Accordingly, i have to assume that Potiez-Deman are not at all interested in finding a solution for damages they are responsible for but take the easy way out by just not responding any longer. Hence, I would certainly not trust this removal company with my belongings again.

Friendly movers
Damaging peoples‘ stuff and then unilaterally ending the orrespondence is among the worst behaviour I can think of
