I have ordered boxes online and paid 9,5 eur for delivery at home. That went quite bad. Delivery company is lying I was not at home and now I am trying to find out where are the boxes...Person in Dockx is very helpful but unfortunately there is not much he can do. I hope I have my boxes in time to pack for my moving. I suggest going yourself in Dockx to pick up boxes. If that is impossible choose another company.

Here I'm going to comment mostly on movers, since the communication with office was not the smoothest (our file was passed through 3 people due to holidays). Despite this I'm giving it 5 stars, since in the end everything was arranged and the movers were exceptional.
We hired 2 movers with a 45 m3 truck. Franck and Philippe were kind, professional and able to move everything (and you don't realize what this means untill you move yourself). The truck was full of all kinds of stuff and nothing broke - furniture, kitchen items, mirror... All the required equipment for the move was available and included in the price. On top of their professional skills they were friendly as people and despite the move itself is quite a stresfull event, it went smooth with them. They even dismantled and mounted back our whole warderobe. The time invoiced and the price were correct.
Definitely a recommendation.

Ordered moving boxes and some other things for my move, through their webstore.
The products arrived on time but were damaged upon arrival, due to the way of packaging, a moving box looked like it had been used for several moves, some parts torn apart.
customer service reacted by saying I could swap items in one of their stores.
i did not purchase these items in their store, I ordered online to have the items shipped while preparing my move. Taking a taxi to get there (not in town) would cost more than the items.
Customer service has ignored this fact and demonstrated a sub standard level of service, not accommodating tje issue
Do not use these amateurs

Due to personal experience I can only suggest to avoid this moving company. Insufficiently wrapped TV broke into pieces, the cupboard looked as if it had fallen out of the lorry - cupboard’s glass doors completely smashed. The packers also packed fresh food that was left on the table, I do not explain in detail, how moldy the content of the respective box has become during the trip.
Pieces of my desk were just torn off violently because the packers did not consider it worth to remove the screws with a screwdriver. Even the glass of tiny halogen bulbs were broken off the lamp. I can hardly express my disappointment how careless things were handled. Update: Freshly washed clothes and bedlinen arrived contaminated with fleas - what a surprise for a non pet holder! These tiny (!) details made this move finally a serious nightmare. Oh, not to forget: No news from their insurance.
