Staff not qualified, additional fees after packing, problems at customs, never again. Waiting for weeks to get airfreight, no stuck at customs because of wrong declaration. All the sudden we have additional 12m2 to our planned 40ft container and shall pay more money. That is not serious.

They were the quickest to provide a quote and were helpful in every aspect. The day of the move happened really smoothly as well. I am now waiting for the shipment to arrive in Australia.

At moment of this review our shipping container is on its way to the port of Antwerp. This review does not include yet the rating of the service at the destination. It is hence based on the activities until and including the services at the origin.
1. Very fast, clear and competitive offer, which was important given the short notice period. Any questions were answered immediately and in a friendly manner. Clearly an efficient sales team, which still understands the importance of the personal character of a private move.
2. Great flexibility as the time between price estimation request and execution was 2 weeks. Putters actually did manage to find a container where others did mention it might be a lengthy process.
3. Very good preparation by the move execution management. Friendly and helpful !
4. The team that came onsite was excellent and this does not only refer to their professional/technical skills ! The speed with which things got packed was amazing. More important however was the manner they managed our stress, the fact that we were not fully prepared and last but not least : that they did this while our 4 children were at home. Not only did they deal with this situation, they turned our stress into motivation through their support and friendliness. In a highly time-driven situation they delivered in time, to (and beyond) our expectations and maybe most important .... they actually made us laugh ! Barely 2 weeks from price request to packing and shipping in a corona dominated world and with a serious human touch. .We do not can/want to define what the standard for moving companies should be but if there needs to be one, this can be it. As I moved twice before, I had experience. This crew of 5 men Putters sent, were wonderful. Very efficient, quick pleasant personalities. I’m now waiting till my stuff arrives in Florida and see how theyr partner moving co. on this end will be. But so far no complaints.
